day one of my Land's End John O'Groats Blog.
I hope it is of some interest.

A good day to start my blog as I 've had first tast of Scottish summer conditions as it lashed down on the way home:-( What was even more realistic was the way, after a good soaking on the way up to Bwlch Penbarras it dried out on the way to the Vale- still no rain on the sunnyside!

Tesco's to start buying supplies for the lands end john o'groats:-
Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen gel
glucosamine & cod liver oil
multivitamins
Aspirin
chamois cream

there's a bit of a theme developing I think.

Thought for the next few days - shaved legs or not?
could get them waxed I guess to raise additional funds suggestions welcome!
