A dark place

Yesterday was tough and Paul and Craig were suffering and in their own "dark place" (Sherwinism)
In many ways it is only temporary although at the time psychlogically it's hard but nothing compared to the suffering of those we're trying to support with this challenge

Today Paul and Craig revisited their dark place it was a bit like a revolving revolving door one going in the other out although I think Paul was stuck there with his face
Against the door I think I almost joined them for a short while as my knee has been in a bad way today.
